Worst experience ever. The guy comes out to rip out the flooring in my mom's room. Said it was dripping wet and a bio hazard for him to do it because of her older dog. We rip up the floor and it was dry. Won't rip out won't haul away won't do anything. Go literally anywhere else.

Worse Service ever preformed. Refused to fix 3 rooms. Lowes refused to give me a refund. They said they would not honor my warranty. Refused to do the rest of my house that I paid for. The worker said he was declining the job because he was not paid enough. I have made 3 claims twice. Now they are saying it's manufacturing issue. The manufacturer says it's installor issue. Lowes will not give me money back so I fix the problem. Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Referred through Lowes. The worse decision I ever made. Horrible experience with 3 workers. Had floors put in August 2022 and in November 2022 the LVT flooring is already coming up. I made a claim. Nothing has been done. They came out to do work on December 5th. And Refused to it. The worker are not professional installer, they had to read the instructions on how to put the tiles on the floor. This was a horrible experience. Now I have to hire another company to fix and finsh the floors.

This company was contracted through the South Side Pueblo Lowe's to install my vinyl flooring. The installer stated that he would not make any money off the installation because it would take two days because of leveling issues. They were scheduled for two days. I wouldn't trust this company to install flooring in my dog house.

Kluge Brothers installed my dining room flooring through Lowes. Tim Miller did an excellent job!! Very professional. I loved it so much I'm going to use them again for my kitchen and hall. Thank you Tim and Kluge Brothers Flooring

If I could give zero stars, I would. As with other reviews, Lowes does still use this joke of a flooring company for install. Loud, immature, disrespectful. They carried in singing to their radio that could be heard throughout the neighborhood. The left staples and nails on the new carpet. They did not vacuum the new carpet. They left their empty bottles and soda cans in the room. And for some ungodly reason, kept asking to use the bathrooms multiple times. The “team” was made up of one rough looking middle aged male, and a band of Hispanic kids that looked like they should’ve been in school. How these people remain in business is beyond me. Quality work, as it would seem, is impossible to come by; especially if it happens to be this clowns
