Gives me a towing ticket on a day that they’re closed on. (Saturday) and dokt do enough research cause my apartment complex never handed me a permit sticker to put on my cars cause they claimed they didn’t have them for the moment and needed more and they’re never contacted me to come get one, will be calling on Monday to complain personally. Do more research for you property managers not my fault they can’t give y’all information

The most inconsiderate tow company I've ever seen they came to my apartment complex understanding that my daughter did park a space from where she was supposed to park by accident I ask the tow guy how much is a to drop it let me get my money he said OK and bring a driver's license so we did as soon as we were walking out he takes off fast with my cousins vehicle on the tow so he could have messed up her car as well unprofessional don't keep their word making it harder of single parents and young adults trying to make it in the world,

Called to request a tow for someone in my reserved parking spot and was simply told, "I don't have any drivers available" and provided no further options, explanations, or assistance
