We ordered a glass sneeze guard for our small business and were told it would be installed within 2 to 4 weeks, with a possibility of being within a week. After having to call multiple times and never having any of my calls returned, my general contractor was finally able to get hold of them and had to had to call them daily for any type of communication. Next week will be 6 weeks and the glass still hasn’t been installed although we’ve been given several different installation dates. We’re told it’s because of their manufacturer, but the communication and customer service has been horrible and I will not use this company again.

This company was great. Shane and Mike did a great job. They came out for estimate quickly and repaired quickly. They were less expensive than their competitor. Professional. Skilled and quick. I recommend them over any other glass company.

My husband and I stopped in to pick out new glass for a couple of kitchen cabinets. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! It just so happened they had the glass I needed in the shop so I was able to take home same day! Will definitely use Ken Caryl Glass for any future needs!

If I could give no stars I would. Do not take your business here. All employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. On this day Feb 28, 2024 the associate under Mike is extremely unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and honestly a piece of sh*t. And Mike isnt any better as he wouldn't even leave his office after asking for him. I do not understand how a company is in business with this horrible of a staff. If this is a franchise I would have the Colorado Springs location looked into and fire all staff. It is completely unacceptable how they run that business and I will do my best to ensure no one else uses them. Maybe you should drop your prices since you're so worried about people taking your measurements elsewhere.

I had Michael come out to do give me an estimate on my windows and screens. He was the ultimate professional. What an incredibly kind and thorough gentleman. He went above and beyond to look at a problem window that I had and took it apart to really inspect it. He fixed a minor issue right there on the spot. He was respectful of my home and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. I'm really looking forward to working with him. After dealing with a few contractors recently with the storm damage, Michael was a breath of fresh air.
