I have seen Karen for over five years on a steady basis. My whole family has seen her as well. We know Karen to be a friendly, honest, fair, and professional person.She has been in business for over 18 years and Genuinely cares about people and tries her best to help them.She realizes there are unfair negative reviews from people who have not ever seen her, or who have treated her unkindly and want to complain.She is consistently fair with her prices and her services. She is responsive and understands if people have emergencies or other situations that cause them to miss an appointment or be running late for an appointment.I highly recommend Karen for deep tissue massage and will continue to see her on a regular basis to keep myself in good health.

Number one: Andrea, I do not use Groupon because I’m a struggling business. I’ve been in a thriving business and self-employed for 17 years. I have not seen you or had any contact with you or Michelle Lynn. I see these statements / reviews as totally false and even slanderous.I would never not respond to someone who had an emergency, nor would I not be understanding of that situation. You, Andrea Robertson, and Michelle Lynn don’t know me, and I have never had any contact with either one of you.I run my business professionally with total courtesy towards others at all times. I would not be in business this long if your reviews had actual merit to them. I’m very good at what I do. I take pride in what I do. I enjoy helping others who are respectful, courteous, and appreciative in return.

I had an emergency with my 5 year old son the morning of my appt with Busch. I tried to call her after I had my son at the doctor's office and it went to voicemail. I explained what happened and requested to reschedule. She texted back (didn't bother to call and speak in person) and refused to reschedule and added that she wouldn't refund either, even for emergency situations. I understand that using third party discount services to help a business, that otherwise isn't doing well, can make the business owners treat potential clients poorly, but it's not a good excuse.

Sustained an injury and it was, to me, a bit of an emergency. Karen was responsive and accommodating. She made an evening appointment for me that fit my work schedule. When i arrived it was a warm, safe, professional, clean, and inviting atmosphere. Her deep tissue massage was what i felt i needed. Repeat customer.
