Great guy to interact with (owner), if you get in touch with him.We hired JTG to install hardwood floors. The gapping between the planks in certain spots are absurd, but the company insisted it was fine and that it had nothing to do with the install. Had they warrantied the work and fixed it, I wouldn’t have had a problem... but I felt blown off when I asked them to own it. It got to the point that they would not return calls or emails. That’s terrible work ethic but in a booming economy here in COS, I guess they can afford to treat customers that way.
