I would have given 5stars but the young male employee I guess was told incorrectly and was upset he had to sweat with his fresh new haircut and clothes. Dude you work in the dept where it will be hot and dirty and go under house for changing a pipes for new water faucets. Whatever. This was 1yr ago in August. Then my spouse comes back says it was a crappy job. I refused to call back other wise they charge me another $800

They didn’t repaired my heater, and I called them again to come and look at it. I wasn’t aware that I had to pay for the driver’s time. He only came for about 10 minutes without doing any maintenance, yet I was charged for the driver’s time. I will not be calling them again in the future, as I have another maintenance guy who doesn’t charge for travel time.
