It was a great experience. They figured out what caused my shoulder pain, recommend that my doctor give me a steroid injection, and taught me exercises to keep it from happening again.
I highly recommend Joint Effort PT's premier staffer Carrissa Erdely. She has been treating me for the past year and has helped me resolve my issue and reach my rehab goals. What I appreciate about her above every other PT I have ever seen is her: ability to listen and treat my injury with a variety of modalities including physical manipulation, cupping, dry needling, heat and stimulation. Unlike other PT's I have seen, she is hands on and spends full session time with me and I never feel handed off to an assistant or rushed in my session. Always amazing. Between Martin and Nate, I am improving in leaps and bounds. My balance is better, my strength is improving and the fracture in my back doesn't hurt like it used to. They both really care and work with my speed (or sliwness) to make sure I'm doing better each vidit. Thank you Martin and Nate! Job well done!
