Infiniti's Hair Salon

There was a lady that cut my hair, I forgot her name but she had a lot of witchy tattoos. She cut my hair and ever since then, I’ve been having scalp problems. Once when I find her card with her name, I’ll update it. But if you see chest tattoos, or any witchy tattooos on her? Request a new barber. I’ve been fighting whatever this is off with medical treatments. 🤦‍♀️ go somewhere else. I’ll be going to the salons downtown for now on. Never had a problem there.

Had an appointment today with Maddison for a shampoo, haircut and style. I had about 6 photos showing what I was looking for. She seemed confused by my request and was trying to talk me out of the style. Im open minded and willing to listen to a hair stylist opinion but I didn't think it was difficult. Basically I wanted an a-symmetrical bob cut that tapers down and keeps my bangs long. She didn't seem to understand or didn't want to do it. Every single photo I showed her had curl in the style but when she styled my hair she did it straight. That was annoying. She also needs to work on her combing because she scratched my scalp the entire time. She also doesn't have the best customer service manners, has little comments about keeping my head still or in the position she wanted it in. I really wasnt moving around but any slight movement seemed to annoy her. So I sat there with hair in my eyes and nose for most of the cut because she kept making comments. Overall, the cut is ok but the style was terrible and lazy. THIS is why I choose to use a Groupon on the first visit because I would have been really upset had I paid $60 for the service I received. I personally won't be returning.

Not even completed with my appointment, and Madison has already done a great job with myself and my daughter.

Lisa is the absolute sweetest, and is so good at what she does. I had a mani/pedi with her and she was nothing but friendly, and I truly felt cared for by her. I left feeling beautiful and so much better than when I arrived! Everything was super clean as well. I discovered this salon after being gifted a Groupon, but I will definitely be back! Thanks Lisa!!!

Got a pedicure, had a groupon. Me and my friend came together, they only had one person so one of us had to wait while the other had it done, which isnt horrible, It was still nice to sit in the massage chair for 2 hours total. Lisa was pleasant and polite. The reason its not 5 stars is that not much attention was paid to the legs and the only one technician for an appt of 2. We couldve reacheduled for a different day/time where we couldve been done at the same time.
