They have been doing our taxes for decades, but ownership and management have changed a little. Last year the principal had a heart condition and had arranged for an accounting company to take care of clients, although I believe he reviewed everything. This year it is back to a small office with a personal touch. We actually were doing both my mother-in-laws and our own return. Mother-in-law-unit's was simple and we walked out with final version which was e-filed and check mailed to us.
