After nasty rain, wind and hail storm damage and interior leaks, the insurance adjuster gave a minimum estimate amount for damage repair. Jeff helped write a true supplemental estimate to the insurance company's specs & after submitted, insurance paid the requested amount to replace two skylights and minor interior repair. Jeff also replaced a trashed mailbox post for a reasonable price. Hope we don't have to, but we'd use Impact again.
