The doctor is very nice, however the front desk lady is extremely rude. She ordered my contacts with the wrong prescription and then wanted me to pay for a replacement box with the right prescription. Extremely unprofessional. She needs a class on customer service. I have been coming here for almost 12 years and I’m done! Save your time with all the construction around there and find another optical place to take your business to.

These guys don’t what they’re doing. Requested trial contacts they claimed they ordered them and told me to wait two weeks. I called back 2 weeks later the lady told me I needed to be patient. And was clearly bothered that I even called. Called back a week later was told the same thing. Callled the week after that and was told they were never ordered. Then when I ordered the actual contacts they lied about the price. They told me $120 a box turns out they charged me $180 a box. Never had issues with my prescriptions before here. They’re up charging the contacts by a lot! And they’re dishonest.

Dr. Wells is amazing. Every time I come in I feel like I've got 100s of questions and her and her staff are easy to ask and provide quick and knowledgeable answers. Every experience I have had with them from eye appointments, to getting glasses and contacts, and even fixing my glasses if something happens to them her team is polite and ready to help. I wish I found you sooner Dr. Wells!

I am very disappointed with the service I have received here. I used to love this place, but this time has made me consider other places in the future.I have been wearing glasses for 10 years, and I have never received such low quality lenses. I purchased the scratch resistant lenses, and when I went home the first day I used the new and clean lens cloth that they gave me and it scratched the lens. I took the glasses back and had to wait 2 weeks for them to come back from the lab.When they came back I went home and cleaned them again and the whole entire lens on both side have so many small scratches on them. Again, I used a new and clean cloth to clean my glasses. I even rinsed the glasses off beforehand. Never in my life have I had issues like this with my glasses. I am very disappointed and upset.The staff also said that they did not even see the scratches and acted like it was a hassle to sends my glasses in the first time.

The team at Dr Wells' office is fantastic and goes above & beyond for clients. Had issues with glasses bought elsewhere and the optician took great care of me. Already a loyal customer. Even more so now!

2021 update.I used to really enjoy coming here. I had my eye exam last week, I came in on wed to ask a could of questions as to why my contacts were bothering me, the lady was extremely rude and flustered because I was there. I felt really unappreciated and disrespected. She kept huffing and being extremely rude to me, even though I was being nice and respected. I understand you all are understaffed, BUT so am I and I would NEVER treat anyone with such disrespect. I was told someone would call me, but yet no one has, I paid money last week and I regret doing that, because I am going to have to go re pay someone else so I can go find some contacts that don't hurt my eyes.2018 :I got treated really well since the moment I walked in, Dr. Tracy and her staff were very helpful and were always looking to assist me.
