Jim Rummel, one of their service technicians services my furnace and my air conditioner every year. He is great- very thorough and updates me on the condition of my furnace and air conditioner every time. Also, their schedulers work very hard to schedule your appointment at the time you want. I really appreciate that! I have never had any HVAC issues since they started servicing my system every year. I highly recommend them.
