Our furnace stopped working on 11/24/23 - the high temp that day was 12 degrees, so it was critical to get it fixed ASAP - I called HVAC Solutions and John answered the phone right away - after describing the trouble code our furnace was showing, John asked me a few questions and quickly gave me a simple solution I could do myself to resolve the issue - instead of jumping to coming out and charging me for a service call, he took the time to help over the phone and saved me a lot of time and money - although I have not actually used or paid HVAC Solutions for any services in the past, they have earned my business in the future

I had such a great experience using HVAC Solutions for installing my AC. Jason’s team came out to do the installation and were absolutely fantastic. Caleb made sure the job was done correctly and waited to make sure there were no issues. He was extremely professional and a hard worker to top it off.
