Hot On Yoga

Previously I had done a few yoga classes and was looking for a place that I could go on a more regular basis. I signed up for the 1 week unlimited to get a feel for what the classes were like. I enjoyed the physical and mental benefits of the classes, and found that it was also a great work-out and kept coming back for more. In just a few months my flexibility and endurance has greatly increased. I really like all the instructors who are always encouraging and clear in their directions. Mike is a master teacher and is very particular about each pose being done safely to the degree that one is able. If y’all haven’t been yet, go running! Hot on Yoga is my new obsession - all the instructors are welcoming and friendly and the classes themselves are high quality. This is the first yoga studio at which I have been a recurrent student and im so thankful I found this place.

I'm new to yoga. Friends mentioned hot yoga, and that intrigued me. I enjoyed it so much that I went 9 times in my first week. Hot yoga is great, but I sometimes don't feel up to it. I've enjoyed every type of class I've tried. The variety is awesome. For me, all yoga is good exercise, not gruelling, with the best stretching, and mental recovery from the stresses of life. The instructors have all been great. There is plenty of room in the lobby for stashing your stuff and benches and chairs to help you transition in and out. There are also changing rooms. Do it to take care of yourself.
