I have never had a massage before. I went to see Erin at heart of life massage. She was amazing and I can’t wait to go back next month. I should’ve added getting a massage to my list along time ago.Erin makes you feel really comfortable, she has a really nice, clean space no overly dramatic white noise or smells.It smelled really clean and pleasant in there.

Erin did a wonderful job with my massage and I will continue to book my appointments through her! She found all of my problem areas without a lot of information from me and she used the perfect amount of pressure to address those areas! I highly recommend Erin for the perfect massage!!

I offer a wide range of modalities as well as add-ons for any session. I will always listen to your needs then advise you on what I think the best approach to your therapy session would be. It is my goal to get to the cause of the problem so that you can live life optimally. Remember, the “normal” amount of pain is ZERO, and that is what I strive for.
