We cannot say enough good things about Hardwood Café. After first contacting Tom about an estimate, he promptly replied and we received an estimate within a couple of days. He was very responsive to all emails, texts and phone calls, which unfortunately, cannot be said about most businesses. Although the estimate was not the lowest (it was in the middle of a few others), we ultimately decided on Hardwood Café and glad we did. The installers, Jeff and Arthur were fantastic; very professional and much attention to detail. If we could give an A+ we would!

We had our floors refinished and hardwood added to two rooms on our main floor. The floors are flawless! The transition from the old to the new is seamless. We had Tom refinish and update our banister as well. Tom is a meticulous artist. We were well pleased with the craftsman ship. Thanks again Tom.
