I will break this review down into 2 parts. The first part is the customer service. Elizabeth was amazing from the moment I reached out using the online chat function. She quickly explained some options via text so I would have a basic understanding when I went into the store. Once I was in the store she took the time to explain each of the tubs that fit my criteria. She showed me how they worked, the different features, and which one she believed fit what I was looking for most. She answered all of my questions and sold me a fantastic tub. Part 2 of the review is of the Aria itself. Amazing hot tub. Feature rich and oozes luxury. The water is a dream to sit in and the speakers add ambiance. Find out for yourself! Well worth a trip to the store. And ask for Elizabeth.

This team deserves a major round of applause. After purchasing our HotSpring spa from a private seller, I went in to purchase filters, cleaners and chemicals with a laundry list of questions. Elizabeth set me up for success without selling me things I didn't need. Fast forward a few months... Because my hot tub is older, I noticed an issue with a component and went back in to schedule a service call. Outstandingly, Elizabeth remembered me personally by name 3 months later. Talk about unparalleled customer service! The maintenance call was scheduled for a few days out and I met Brenden(sp?). He was timely, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tried to fix the existing component before scrapping it and selling me a new one to no avail. I appreciaed the effort to save me more than a few bucks. There were no hidden fees and actually ended up being cheaper than I thought it would. I can't commend the team enough for the great service. In a world that's so impersonable these days, it was great to feel valued as a consumer and customer. Keep up the excellent work!

I was so excited to be able to purchase a hot tub from Hanson! They've been in business so long that I knew we would be well taken care of. Elizabeth has been there every step of the way, answering all of my questions and guiding us as needed. Wonderful company to work with when purchasing a hot tub!

I don’t leave reviews often, but these guys earned it.
I walked into Hanson HotSpring Spas and straight up asked if they could install a sauna same day or within 24 hours… and they didn’t blink—they made it happen. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how they run their business.
I ended up purchasing a Tylö Homestead 3 sauna, and the entire process—from purchase to install—was smooth, fast, and professional. No runaround, no excuses, just results. Old-school service the way it should be.
This place is second to none. You absolutely get what you pay for, and these guys deliver at a high level.
I’ll be coming back for a cold plunge—and I won’t even shop around. No reason to.

Had a great transaction(We had bought a hybrid sauna, and a cold plunge) . Elizabeth was our sales rep and she was very knowledgeable. Financing was very quick and easy delivery an installation was incredible. We also purchased the VIP package for training on the units that we purchased.

Hanson came out quickly to service our hot tub. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and hot tub was up and running the same day.

We just installed a Tylo Lulea 4 sauna (traditional) and use it multiple times a week. There's only two of us but the four-person is so worth the extra money because you can lay down and spread out. We built a concrete pad and walkway, and Jeff and his team at Hanson's installed the spa over a couple of days. A quick exterior coat of stain was the last touch and we were in it that night. We checked out many competing models and we picked this as the best of the bunch. The remote app is awesome, especially on a cold night. A couple of clicks and the unit is heated and lit to your specs, with your playlist going if you're so inclined. If you're on the fence, meet with Elizabeth and she'll get you educated on the health bennies, and walk you through the pros and cons of each model. For us, bigger turned out better.
