Barbara really gets to know your body and adjusts the massage to focus on your tension. Her massages are the best massages I have ever had and I am over 50 years old and have had many massages! I will go no where else but Hang Zen for a massage! Not only the best massage in Colorado Springs but the best massage in the US! The hot stone massage is awesome also! I absolutely LOVE Hang Zen. I go to Barbara, who is the best massage therapist I have had. I am a crossfitter, so I am constantly tight/tense but Barbara knows exactly how to loosen my sore body, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My Husband goes to Angela....my husband can be a difficult man, and he absolutely LOVES coming here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing massage

Heavenly. Magical. Paradise. I"ve been going to Hang Zen this past year and have only great things to say about Barbara (Massage Therapist and Owner) and how I feel after I leave a session. There have been times where Barbara was able to work out my tight back, hamstrings and shoulders to the point where my muscles relax and I don't need to go to the chiropractor. Highly recommended!
