Guy's Floor Service, Inc. provided great customer service from beginning to end. Sandra helped with each detail, and the materials coordinated beautifully in the home. When a concern arose with a product, Sandra sent out a tech to evaluate the situation, and the concern was resolved by professionals who went above and beyond. The company also replaced floors after catastrophic water damage, with impressive quality and efficiency from the install team. They scheduled the job according to convenience, were on time, respected property, covered furniture, finished ahead of schedule, gave a year warranty, and cleaned up everything. The floors look beautiful, and the service made an unpleasant situation very tolerable.

Guy';s Flooring had to replace the hard surface flooring in our new home and they did a terrific job. They scheduled the job according to our convenience, were on time, respected our property and covered furniture, and were careful of door frames, walls and other surfaces. They finished the job ahead of the scheduled time, gave us a year warranty on the new flooring and cleaned up everything . They made an unpleasant situation very tolerable. Great job!
