Project management was excellent on my project. Oversight was comprehensive and questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I was kept up to date on schedule and given reminders of upcoming activity. All the subcontractors were highly skilled, on-time, careful with my property and pleasant to have around. The work I had done was very high quality and I have no hesitation recommending GTS for a remodeling project.
I would hire GTS Construction again in a heartbeat. Gene visited twice and spent time listening to my dislikes of the current construction and my vision for changes. Ben, my project manager, was here first thing when workers were coming to check on progress and let me know what would happen that day. Richard,another project manager, gave me a day by day schedule of what would happen. They followed the schedule and the subcontractors cleaned up after themselves.
Having worked with several contractors over the years, I can unequivocally say that GTS stands apart from the rest. Their team consists of true professionals and impressively talented people. It was such a pleasure working with GTS on the first phase of our home renovation that consisted of primary bathroom, guest bathroom, living/family room (removing load bearing wall), hardwood floors throughout, stair railing system, lighting, baseboards/window trim, etc. We are looking forward to continuing the collaboration with them on the follow-on phases.
