Talia made me feel like an absolute glowing bride before my wedding! She helped me feel so confident and beautiful leading up to the big day. I had microneedling, a chemical peel, and she even squeezed me in for a Hydrafacial the week of the wedding.

I had such an amazing experience getting lip filler for the first time! I was definitely nervous going in, but Andy made the entire process feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. He really took his time, explained everything, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.
What stood out the most was the level of care after the appointment. Both Andy and his wife were incredible points of contact following my visit. I had a lot of questions and a few concerns during the healing process, and they stayed in contact the whole time, which made a huge difference. They never made me feel like I was overthinking anything.
Even better, Andy had me come back in to address a couple areas I wasn’t fully happy with and did so with no charge and zero awkwardness. That kind of professionalism and genuine care is rare.
I’m so happy with my results and really grateful for such a positive first experience. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Andy. I’ve always wanted to get my lips done, but was always very nervous about it, Andy eased my worries and was very helpful about getting my lips to where I wanted them to be. The Medi spa is beautiful inside and very relaxing. Highly recommend their serum and lip plumper.

Fountain of Youth has cutting- edge services including Japanese head spa, CO2 laser, and botox. They offer monthly discounts on yummy facials, too. I've been a client with Andy for a couple of years (xeomin). As an RN, he is extremely skilled at his craft! I appreciate how he doesn't try to oversell products and allows the client to determine quantities.

I’ve been seeing Talia for my microneedling and facials, and after my third treatment, I can confidently say she is incredible at what she does.
She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, especially during microneedling. I really appreciate how she walks me through needle depth, what she’s doing, and more importantly, how she adjusts based on how my skin is reacting rather than just following a one-size-fits-all approach. That level of care and customization makes a huge difference.
I also have melasma and hyperpigmentation, and she truly understands how to treat it safely and effectively. I never feel like she’s being overly aggressive or doing anything that could trigger my skin. She’s very intentional and results-focused.

Okay I have to leave this review because I am genuinely OBSESSED with my lips!!
I’ve had my lips filled a few times over the years and I made the mistake of “cheating” on Andy and going somewhere else… Big mistake. Lesson learned.
I came back to Andy with some migration in my top lip and instead of just adding more filler, he took the time to properly dissolve everything first so we could reset the shape. That alone showed me how much he actually cares about doing things the right way!
After dissolving, he rebuilt my lips and the difference is incredible. My lip border is clean again, the shape is beautiful, and my lips look juicy, plump, and gorgeous in person. This is honestly the best my lips have ever looked.
I seriously can’t stop looking at them and he’s given me even more confidence.
Safe to say I will never cheat on my injector again 😂
If you want beautiful, natural, balanced lips done by someone who actually knows what they’re doing, seriously, go see Andy!

I would recommend this place to anyone! Talia did such an amazing job on both of my services! She was very personable and we connected very well! Talia was very thorough in explaining what each step was in both my hydrofacial and my headspa, which I told her from the beginning I loved because I love the education aspect of skin care / hair care! I have pretty good skin already, yet the hydrofacial boosted my skin and took away dead skin cells while adding hydration back to my face (which was much needed considering these dry, winter conditions in Colorado)! At the start of every single service for my hydrofacial, Talia told me what she was doing and answered every question I had, and I left my facial feeling like my skin was refreshed, quenched, and glowing. At the beginning of my headspa, Talia told me about each step, but she let me really relax into that headspa experience and listen to the sounds, feel all the feelings, smell all the wonderful smells - and let me just say that her letting me connect with my senses for the headspa service was truly heaven for me. The room we went into was so comfy and cozy, the sensations were so unique and relaxing, the products used were extremely high quality, and my hair was so fluffy and lush feeling at the end. The experience of the headspa from start to finish was so amazing, I feel like I can’t say it enough. I will 100% come back to Fountain of Youth to get these services done again! I aim to treat myself to a facial and headspa once to twice a year if I’m able because they were so worth it, and I am so worth it! Andy and Tina saved my confidence and lips AGAIN!!! And I literally made up my mind to be the loyal customer for Fountain of Youth med spa for rest of my life 🥹 I really don’t think I’ll ever be able to satisfied by work at anywhere else
I’m Korean who’s been always really interested in facial treatment especially how common it is in Korea. Which also means I def do have understanding of what’s the high quality of treatment and the output/look of the result matters really. And most of the thing — SAFETY. Procedures must be done by professionals who understands the anatomy of part of our faces/body which Andy does as he was an RN before he became the lip master!!
Welp also Andy and Tina were my Korean friend’s top recommendation so two picky Korean approved, really talented and amazing place to get your facials done!
The only reason I’m literally writing reviews putting my time is THEY ARE TRULY AMAZING and I really really really wish more people should know and acknowledge them more and more!
I got my first full syringe back in Aug 2025, I was still very satisfied but wanted to get more plump and shape it a bit rounder with more volume on my bottom lips! Like real bratz doll lips! Andy definitely did the best job designing and molding it, he went above and beyond by discussing the procedures with you often and with much details so that you can get the result exactly what you want! Also as you can see, there’s no crazy puffiness or bruises as he injects really really gently. I becom really like a kid when it gets to any type of needles (i can cry) but I was just laying down enjoying the whole procedure peacefully. I also got lip flip along with fill syringe more pouty results, now this will be the combo I’m gonna get haha the way my lips are shaped when I smile, I can’t stop looking at it so beautiful!
Anyway, there are some points I really like Andy and Tina to get my facials done 1. They genuinely do care about your condition and health, also the balancing of your face - I almost had lip blindness because how much I loved the way it looked when it was puffed, they’ll never make your blindness to be the blinded customer. This explains everything about them. There’s so many med spa business owners trying to make a lot of money without actual care of the patients, but they’re really trustworthy and put your conditions and well balancing first as most important things.
2. Lip/facial injectors should have aesthetic/artistic sense along with knowledge of human anatomy — This is why I refuse to go elsewhere as you can see from all the Andy’s work, it’s all about the shape and balancing. He can do both, natural enhacing looking lips and pouty juicy kissable lips! And how he details the design, I just know I won’t be satisfied with any other place
3. They’re the sweetest people ever! My husband even loves going here to chat with Andy and Tina, they’re the most friendly people ever impossible to fall in love with them! They’re professional, kind and very talented with long experiences!
Can’t wait for another time to get my lips done, I hope my in detailed review helps some picky/restrictive people like me!
