Best medical practice by far in all of Colorado Springs. The providers are thorough, customer service is top notch, and I highly recommend FHMC to everyone looking for the highest level of care.

On my initial visit, a student was with the provider but I wasn't asked for consent until the student was already in the room. I felt pressured to consent as the student was already present.
I have a prescription that can only be written for 30 days at a time. Other providers send in multiple post dated scripts. This is the first provider I've ever heard of not willing to do that. In addition, it took multiple phone calls over 2 days to get the script filled.
My most recent visit, she changed a dosage but never called in a script. Every provider I've ever had sent scripts without being asked, so I didn't think to specify that I needed her to, but I guess that's not how they work.
I spoke to a manager before I signed up and asked about providers at the central location. I paid the $300 sign up fee based on that location being available, and only 5 weeks later I'm being told they're closing the location and won't refund my initiation fee. If I had known that location wouldn't be available, I never would have signed up.
The whole thing felt like a money grab to sell vitamins, because she kept recommending the insanely expensive Metagenics vitamins that they want to sell you. The ones I bought are comparable in dosage and third party lab verified, but apparently they work better if Flying Horse makes money on them.
I haven't found anything concierge about this practice. It has been more of a headache than it's worth, and I regret signing up with them.

This is let document that I called your office to advise you that our son's psychiatrist took him off his medication and he is now spiraling out of control. Your office manager refused to pass this information on to his doctor and refused to confirm or deny that Andrew is a patient. March 13 2025. These people are irresponsible and have no business caring for patients. Do not take your loved one to Flying Horse Medical Center.

I have been cancelled on about 3 times for my 2 appointments so far which is disappointing. Had to pay in advance for the services and hence can’t switch to another med spa.What is equally frustrating is they cancel on you the day of the appointment with just a quick “I am sorry” without any prior warning. As a busy professional who has to make time for these appointments, feels like my time is not respected at all. Would not be continuing here after I am done.

I'll start this off by saying Dr. Erin Fry was amazing. She helped me through a lot of tough times and is an amazing psychiatrist. In my last appointment, she prescribed a take as needed of anxiety medication I never ended up using. Because of my ADHD, I completely forgot to call in to let them know that I was canceling my appointment until after I listened to the voicemail from the confirmation call. I got my confirmation call while working at 4 pm, and my appointment was at 11 am. That is within their 24-hour period late fee. So, had I picked it up and canceled, I would've had to pay their late fee anyway. It just sounds extremely sketchy that they don't call to remind and confirm appointments until they are within that 24-hour period. So if you answer and you can't make it, you still get charged an extra $200? It just seems greedy and ruined my last experience with this center.

Fist visit seemed to go well, even tho I left wondering exactly what kind of adhd I was diagnosed with. Was told by Emily, when I called with a question from pharmacist, she would keep an eye on my authorization and call me back when I was good to go, never happened so I went to the pharmacy the next day and paid out of pocket. I called a week later to let them know neither myself, my therapist, or my wife noticed any differences in symptoms. Emily said the nurse would like to schedule a halfway visit from the already set appointment to review, I told her I was in the car and over stimulated so scheduling would be difficult, so yet again Emily volunteered with a call later that a day at 2:30p to schedule to help me out. Never happened, I forgot due to symptoms of my neurodivergence and when I called over a week later she explains she was waiting for me to call her back. I am not getting any thing positive from the experience at flying horse medical so I dropped them and referred back to my therapist for a REAL doctor and not at aesthetician.

Not sure why I have not posted a review before now but here I go.Joining Flying Horse Medical many years ago, when they first opened, was one of the best decisions my husband Ray and I ever made. Dr. Aaron Fraser has been, and still is, the most caring and kind doctor we both have had the pleasure of knowing. Nothing is too much trouble even when you call from out of state with a health issue. Doctor Fraser along with his colleagues and assistants always make everything so easy for you either right there and then or they will call you right back. A special shout out to Nurse Kaylee for her great sense of humor and patience over the years and also to a relatively new staff member named McKinley whose trouble shooting skills are off the charts.Do yourself a favor and make life more simpler for you and your family. CONSIDER JOINING FLYING HORSE MEDICAL CENTER.

Excellent care! After sub-par care from another provider in town, I really feel like my health is a priority again. I don't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone I know!!

The best medical practice I have ever been to. The Staff and Doctor's are always on time, friendly, caring and knowledgable. They spend as much time as needed and never rush you in and out of your appointment. Communication and follow ups are always consistent and appointments are never over booked. Beautiful and clean offices are appreciated too.

I saw Dr Geers for a cosmetic procedure and she is wonderful. She surpassed all of my expectations and has been so attentive, caring, and understanding. So glad I went with flying horse medical.
