I arrived to pick up an order for another contractor and was not provided with all the necessary information by him. Kayla at the Pro desk was not only friendly, but very understanding of my situation and helped me get it all sorted out. Based on my interaction with Kayla, this is definitely a company I will continue doing business with.

im rebuilding some spaces in my home and pretty new at all of this, but one of the pros helped me out so much. keila is very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me put together a lot of things. highly recommend her!

We've been buying from Floor and Decor for many years. So happy when they opened in Colorado Springs. A huge shout-out today to Ben in customer service . I had an exchange for vendor defective product. He took the time to open 3 different boxes to help me find enough tiles to finish our project. He then helped take it up to checkout, and eventually to my car. And a thank you to Diana at checkout for being so kind and offering a couple of different options for crediting the defective material. We will definitely be back when we are ready to start another home project.
