I can honestly say this is the first mental health facility/provider where every single person I have had contact with in some form or fashion has been above and beyond exceptional compassionate, and it truly has been a lifesaver.

I liked my Therapist, but they kept changing my appointments without telling me. Like I'd make an appointment a few weeks out at 10am and it'd suddenly be 8am the day before. Then act like I was the problem when I complained or cancelled because it conflicted with my schedule.

Always treated with the utmost respect, feel very comfortable talking with BETHANY very helpful always willing to listen. I tend to talk too much. Thanks for everything. And having my beautiful mother here for Thanksgiving means everything

The TMS team are caring and precise in applying magnetic stimulation to reduce depression and anxiety from past trauma and abuse.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the front desk staff. The care and quality of the staff is amazing, very efficient and seem to actually care about their patients. The therapist I am seeing is the absolute best ! I love seeing her and I am so glad we got paired together! She is top tier!

We looked for a psychiatric clinic in the Summit County area to no avail. I am more than thrilled to have this clinic available to take my son case ! And when you walk in it doesn't feel like a doctors office at all. The fish tank on the wall is a nice touch. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking psychiatric care.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the team at the FCC on the south side. What I would give 1 STAR for messing with my debit card that in file with pending payment to appointments that I have been to yet. Thank You

Akilah with her spontaneity, her passion for her patients and willingness to assist and answer all of the questions we asked, have made such an important impact in how we feel.
