Where’s the zero star option ? because that’s exactly what this nail salon deserves! First and foremost these people have very horrible attitudes they are only friendly when you are planning on spending a lot of money on services. My 3rd visit today will be my last. When I first walked in the shop I looked at the pricing for toe polish changed which said $15. So I proceeded to tell them I just wanted to change the color on my toes the owner said “That’s it?” Very rudely. As the guy finished polishing my toes he priced me $30 and I was like but behind you says $15 for toes change he said it was because of gel polish … so $15 extra for gel polish ?! Where they do that at ?! I felt like I was robbed out of my money. Never again. Take it from me spend your money somewhere else because this place isn’t it.

Made the mistake of coming here and hoping for the best. Tony ended up doing my nails along with my moms and they came out horrible. He is super nice but he took a long time and didn’t do a good job. I’ve been to other salons that are able to do a French tip with a sharp almond and it’s never looked like this. He also cut my finger and was pretty rough with the whole process. The price we paid certainly wasn’t worth it. I will now have to pay for another salon to fix this.

I would not recommend using Europe Nails! Unfortunately after 5 years of going to this location with my family this past weekend will be the last time I give this business my money. Was lead to believe pricing would be a certain amount per their menu of services. Asked for basic polish, was told gel was included then charged extra. Came in a group of 4 with different levels of service and paid the same amount for all 4 guests. Very disappointed with this even when questioned about pricing was told I was given a discount!! 😡

I’m very disappointed after my visit yesterday. I’ve been going to this location for five years now. I went in yesterday with my three daughters got our normal pedicures, and three of us got our fingernails painted. Normally our visit cost right at $200 for the four of us. I did the $50 hot stone for myself the $47 cucumber pedicure for my daughter and my two little daughters did the $35 fruity pedicure. Now myself and two of the girls got our fingernails painted only. They charged us $296. When we picked out our colors, they said with your pedicures you get gel nails. Well, when I asked them why our bill was so high they informed me by doing the gel nail that it increased every one of ours by $20. I have been to other salons and gotten full sets on my fingers and pedicures, and still never paid this much here in Colorado Springs. I’m really disappointed. I have loved this location. I take my parents there. I take my children there and I take my in-laws there and now I’m going to find a new location because their price increase without telling you that’s what they’re gonna charge you was beyond ridiculous.

I let Tony do my nails and am so so disappointed. I told him while he was doing my toes I was very picky about shape and nail art and he assured me he would do them exactly how I wanted. My nail beds are flooded and it’s only 2 days later. The shape is awful, they’re bumpy, and I would bet anything I lose a nail before the week is up. The polish is already chipping on one nail… and this art looks NOTHING like ghostface!! I will never ever recommend this place to ANYONE. I expressed my disappointment numerous times and he just kept saying he was doing it how I wanted….

I received a pedicure on Sunday. I asked to not to have the inside of my toenails cut and dug out, well they didn’t listen and don’t it anyways. Not only was it very painful but now I have an infection with redness and swelling. I do t have ingrown toenails or pain so why she felt the need to cut them just doesn’t make sense. As much as I enjoy their service and they’re very nice, I will definitely not be returning back to the salon. I only wish I could post a pic of how red and swollen my big toe is. It’s so painful to walk on. I have an appointment with my DR incase I need antibiotics.

My favorite nail salon in the Springs. Christine and Lynn are always so sweet and personable. I’ve had my nails and toes done by all employees and they never disappoint. I can always get in and out and they do the best job.

My sister and I were visiting here and went in for manicures- one of us gel and the other dip. They had a great selection of colors, the manicures were extra good and they were just extra nice and so pleasant. Definitely recommend and will be back.
