Awesome environment and coaches . I highly recommend this training center . The Lalone family is amazing .
This is the best place to get a great workout, become a martial artists and learn self defense in Colorado Springs! I recommend to anyone who is seeking a place to learn, push the limits, and feel completely comfortable.
Quality training in a friendly atmosphere. Eric does a great job of teaching but also pushing you outside your comfort zone. Highly recommend.
