Great service, great communications, very hard workers. Mike was terrific in walking me through the process. The crew showed up early and stayed late. It was estimated to take two days and was finished in 1 1/2 days. Still awaiting gutter installation as I decided to get my facial painted on my 18 year old house before installing th new gutters. I fully expect that to go as smoothly as the roof replacement.
Divine Roofing installed our roof about 10 years ago, and I've been very happy with the level of service I've had. When I've called Mike to take a look at how it is holding up, he responds quickly to make an appointment to inspect it. He takes all the time that's needed to thoughtfully respond to any questions I have. Great customer service!
We hired Divine Roofing Inc. for a roof replacement in Colorado Springs and were extremely satisfied with both the service and the work. We were in a bind since a closing was dependent on the roof being replaced and Divine Roofing definitely stepped up. Michael Moore on behalf of the company worked directly with the insurance company, ensuring that the roof would be covered. He walked us through step-by-step, what to expect and took the fear out of working with the insurance company and not getting coverage that was due to us.
