I am very disappointed and hurt by my recent experience with Diversus. I sought individual therapy to address my mental health needs, including trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and learning healthier coping strategies. I felt I was making progress and had an established therapeutic relationship.

After developing cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS), I was informed by my therapist that she had discussed my case with her supervisor and that they had determined I was no longer eligible for individual therapy. I was told I would need to complete SUD services (substance use disorder treatment) before I could return to individual therapy.
