DiRaimondo Family Medicine Clinic has received mixed feedback from its visitors. Many appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of the lab technician, who consistently makes patients feel well treated. However, the clinic faces challenges with a crowded waiting room and a lack of clear communication, particularly regarding contact information for the front desk. Some patients have found it difficult to get necessary directions, leading to frustration during their experience, despite the staff's friendliness.
I was given a document with all of the clinic phone numbers so that I could schedule appointments for my referrals. None of the phone numbers work. The clinic staff was no help in getting me the correct information and I still am unable to schedule my appointments. This is absurd. How is this acceptable as a clinic whose patients aren’t given appropriate resources and necessary care!?
Worst clinic I have been to waited an hour and a half just to be told my symptoms for strep throat weren’t bad enough yet so the gave me ibuprofen and throat lozenges and to come back if they got worse
If I could put 0 stars I would. No number to actual front desk, SOME employees are unprofessional, and there is no communication between them. I have been trying to schedule a sleep study since December 2023 and I am still having issues.
