Kudos to reception more than once Annalee has intervened to save Robin Johnson from being troubled getting a script issue resolved. She called Optum Rx and got this resolved, within 10 mins she had called me back and said your scripts are on route thru mailorder.. many thanks, she is always cordial and sensitive to the patients needs.Give that girl a raise she rocks!

NP CLUSKEY is amazing. This was my deciding visit as to if I was going to stay with optum. This NP is 180 degrees different than my other providers I've had at optum. 100% would suggest her as a provider!!

I'm kind of shocked reading through all these not so good reviews. I had a great experience at this office. I was refered by a friend. I saw PA Sue. She was so kind and listened to me. I have diabetes and wanted to try a new drug. I was a new patient and she spent a long time with me. She ordered the drug I wanted to try and the insurance put it under review. The office called and got a similar drug approved for me, then called to let me know. I was impressed, the previous 2 doctors I went to didn't help me with this at all.
