We have a home warranty and needed our a/c checked out for routine spring maintenance. The company contracted with our home warranty plan sent Chris from Diamondship Mechanical. What a delightful surprise to have a technician as professional and thorough as Chris was. He explained everything he was doing, why, and that his observations and evaluation of our system was being recorded for any future service we might need. He was very courteous, respectful of our home and especially our elderly pet. I highly recommend this company, and specifically Chris. Reaper came out to get my Cooling System running. Diagnostic charge was cheap… Reaper found the issue quickly, no scamming here folks! After a thorough inspection of my air-conditioning system… Reaper offered several options for repair… the wife loves options… With the concise education we were given at the time of service, we opted to move forward with repairs, new systems can be expensive. After repairs were made, Reaper insured proper system operation with multiple tests confirming repair success…
