Used for cleaning out my HVAC system and dryer vent. Overall happy with the service. Would give 5 stars but they didn't replace the drain plug on my washer (which had to be moved for the dryer vent) nor did they re-attach the vent pipe on my dryer - you can imagine the mess I had to clean up after running my first load of laundry.
