Cooper H&C replaced my HVAC with brand new equipment 6 years ago, and 3-5 different service techs have provided excellent service since. That said, however, service tech Aaron Sisk, a newby to us who just completed the routine AC performance checkup, impressed me so positively by his technical expertise and superb customer care that I not only want to commend Aaron for his work but fully intend to request that he be assigned as my regular service tech. Aaron is a tribute to his tradecraft and to Cooper H&C.
Conner was very professional and courteous.
He explained any issues or concerns he found.
Very happy with his knowledge of HVAC equipment. Follow up appointment scheduled in June to recheck AC.
