Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable about all things tech. He not only diagnosed the problems areas of my gaming pc but also gave me recommendations on which upgrades would take my rig to the next level. Jordan is the man, my PSU died and took my motherboard and a stick of ram with it, when my PC just turned off and didn't boot in a Panic I took it to CompTech because the place looked promising and it was a very smart decision, the afternoon I took it in Jordan called me and told me what was wrong and was very helpful on next steps to get my PC up and running. My experience was great working with Jordan! He was able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and install the new GPU within a few days and kept great communication throughout, fitting me into his schedule last minute.
I had my RTX3060 blacking my screens and soft locking my PC randomly; in the middle of games, to even in basic browser and apps. After the diagnosis, explained that the GPU fans would stop running, causing the temp to overheat over time. We decided to upgrade the GPU to a 5070 and he got it installed, along with touching up my thermal paste on my CPU and returning it cleaner than I had it the next day from drop-off.
