I wish I could give -5 stars.
Dr. Killiamen, Dr. Harriet, and Dr. Punjani are terrific.
Otherwise. this is disgusting excuse for a practice. I’d like to warn potential future patients of this practice. When having medication management appointments, sometimes they would no call no show. It was a fight to get medications. Too many PAs. I have no respect and don’t believe in PAs. Did you know PAs can literally have a bachelors in anything, take some extra classes, and boom with a masters, even in something dumb like history, you’re a PA. Completely unqualified. Would give zero stars if I could. I was a patient for a couple years, basically found myself taking a day off work for every telehealth appointment. Virtually every appointment was late, if I was even contacted at all. It was impossible to reach anyone. I cannot stress this enough: they don’t care about their patients and they will abandon you.
They are there for you it's convenient and you can do your appointments for your mental health over the phone from any where you live. They are there to listen and care! I would definitely recommend them ! In my opinion they should have more stars !
