I was having difficulty finding a company that would do half of a job, or a small project.The old concrete patio and stairs had pulled away from the house, and the siding behind it is rotten. For now, all I need is the area cleared. That's it.These guys responded quickly and got it done. They are friendly, fun to talk to, and did a great job. They were respectful of the property and even helped me assemble the temporary brick-and-board stairs.I can't wait to have them back out to design and build the new deck.

My experience with Colorado Springs Decks and Pergolas was absolutely a positive . My old deck removed and NEW 12ft × 40ft deck and stairs are fantastic. Every concern I had was addressed and handled professionally. And I am very happy with the outcome totaly. Aaron (the owner of Colorado Springs Decks and Pergolas) built me a custom corner pergola and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Aaron was profession, courteous, and easy to work with. The price he quoted me was exactly the price I paid. He kept me informed via text exactly when he would start each day and when he would not be (the build was done in January, so weather was a concern). The craftsmanship of the pergola is top-notch and his designs fit exactly with my vision.
