    NOBODY answers the phone. I left a call back request, nothing after 3 hours - only had a question.....

    This was my first time here and I had a great experience starting with the front desk, the medical assistant, the nurse, and Dr. Chad Schooley. They were pleasant, accommodating, and took their time.

    My mother's cardiologist at this practice retired, she went for an appt and met Dr Michael Kim. He came into the rm and introduced himself, however, without even looking her in the eye. His first comment after that was "So you don't want to be on any Statins, then we can't help you!" The rest of the appt went downhill from there. Her words were, he came across like a tyrant. Is this the service we get from the medical profession now. Lack of professionalism, mixed in with some curtness, along with a lack of empathy and disrespect to an 87 y/o women. Shame on you Dr. Michael Kim.

    Like others my complaint is the front desk I’m sitting in the waiting room and they are loud as could be talking gossiping and laughing. I’m just trying to relax before my appointment and I can’t. So unprofessional

    The doctor I saw was good but the nurses here severely lack with communication. Don’t even bother messaging them on the portal because you’ll never get a response. Even if you call you’re lucky if you get a call back. Ridiculous. Especially when it has to do with a medication.

    I think the care here is good so I hate to leave 3 starts, but getting ahold of somebody in a timely manner with the phone system is just horrendous.

    Their phone system is a complete nightmare along with billing. They won't call you back and the calling system is annoying enough to make you want to blow your brain out. Paying your bill on line is also a joke. Won't take payment. If you have to pay them money I recommend anywhere else.

    Also the Dr I saw acted like he had much better things to do. Like I was a burden waisting his precious time. Ftp

    I've been trying to get ahold of the office for over 24 hours because they never put in my husband's prescription for his heart. After calling multiple times, never getting call backs and also being hung up on twice (because I finally just started going through each option on the phone to actually talk to a human), I finally got ahold of someone who said they would take care of it. Nope, they never put in the prescription either. And again, I cannot get through on their phones. This office clearly only looks at human's as numbers. Please save yourself the stress and insanity and do no go to this office.
