I brought my truck in for a few minor issues. The main reason was a knocking noise when I went over bumps. They informed me that it was the front ball joints. I gave them the go ahead to fix this for $2500. They called later in the day to say that is was complete and no knocking noise. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I got the same darn noise. They either never test drove it after the repair or they were not honest with me. Since then my son and I figured out the noise and fixed it with a $65 part and 30 minutes of labor. Will not be going back to this location

I’ve been going here for at least 3 years now. Communication is always clear and simple via text, email or calls. Staff is extremely friendly and prompt in following up. I never have to call to get status. No back and forth phone tag. DETAILED diagnostic results are sent via emails as they are completed. The Christian Brothers website makes setting appointments super easy. Drop off takes 5 mins max as they read my online notes! Seriously working with this location is so so so so simple. The entire experience each time continues to prove my trust in them.

We were in from Texas for Christmas and sprung an oil leak on our Highlander that was severe enough to need repair in order to drive back home. David was fantastic in accurately diagnosing the problem and completing the repair below estimate on Christmas Eve no less. 5/5 - would use again in a heartbeat.

Visited there shop to get a estimate to have two runing boards intalled on a lexus. Only requires 8 bolts on each side they wanted to charge $520 to install 16 bolts. No more than 1 1/2 hour job. Lexus quoted $300 which is still high. I even gave them instructions. Sound like there taking advantage of customers. I won't be visiting there shop again.

I've been going here since i got my vw beetle in 2021, and they are so amazing every time. they never upcharge for things you don't need, everyone is really friendly and they take amazing care of my car every time. plus im a girl so im always worried about car places trying to take advantage of me, but i never have to worry about that here. 10/10
