I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped immediately, which was awesome. I'm not sure who the tech was that did my nails, but she did an excellent job, & I left happy.

A bit disappointed in these. Service was rude. I was annoyed after stating a mistake. With her reply of rudeness. 16 years of service and this is how you creat art let alone service. No thanks. $70 plus $5 tip. I asked for “short almond shaped cat eye nails”. After my first experience with them I loved my nail set I got for thanksgiving. Is what made me come back. Now after this, I think I’ll pass on ever coming back. The small tip was small due to service of communication and bending my fingers in ways it doesn’t need to be bent. I respectfully did my part under business but I need to voice my concern.

I have been going there for a while but lately every time I went it was bad service, they're getting pushy for you to upgrade your service and they get upset when you don't want to. They make you feel bad and rush through the service. Don't think I'll be coming back there .

When I walked in she sat me and my sister down. My sister was already halfway done when she started on me and she was just completely careless and rushing. I am bleeding on 7 nails. I called and asked about price beforehand and I was told $50, and at checkout she said $60. I asked for a discount for the uneven and bleeding nails and she said $50 again. She would carelessly and quietly say sorry when nicking me. About halfway through the service a lady had to walk out and told her that she needs to be honest because she had told the lady a 20 minute wait and it had been an hour. She mutilated my cuticles and didn’t take any proper precaution after seeing me visibly bleeding on multiple fingers and she didn’t sanitize anything after my service so whatever has my blood on it will now be used on another client which is against the law.

Cheyenne Mountain nails and spa is my go to place for manicures and pedicures. The building is clean and staff are very friendly! 5/5 stars!
Cleanliness: The salon is beautiful and clean, and I enjoy getting my nails done here.
Stylist: All of the workers here are fantastic but i love Lana, she does amazing work and I am always impressed by her work.

Would leave less if I could. Really disappointed in the way they treated us. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Lots of great salons nearby.
