After years of using Stanley Steamer and just not feeling like we were getting a good quality clean I came across Chem-Dry Colorado Springs. I was hoping for a thorough carpet cleaning along with the pet stain treatment. The results were amazing and surpassed any prior professional carpet cleaning we have had done. On my initial call I was given very clear expectations of what could be provided. The pricing was very straight forward. Our tech arrived on time and we had text updates leading up to our appointment. Scott was our tech and he explained everything to my husband prior to beginning. He did a phenomenal job and took his time applying the pet and stain treatments. Prior companies would be in and out in less than 30 minutes and I just never felt like we were getting our monies worth. The high traffic areas never really looked like they were cleaned. After Chem-Drys cleaning you can’t even see the wear from the high traffic areas. If you have pets paying for the additional pet treatment is worth it. The cleaning process was so much better than regular steam cleaning. We will definitely be using Chem-Dry in the future for ongoing carpet cleaning.

Great people, great workmanship, very kind and professional technicians, I immediately could see and smell the difference with their product in comparison with multiple previous companies. In the recent pasty I have used two different cleaning companies in the attempts to clean my rugs and carpet to remove animal mistakes, in fact one company returned multiple times but were unsuccessful to achieve what Chem-Dry did in one cleaning. Chem-Dry’s products and work ethics are second to none. I highly recommend this company. One thing to keep in mind, Chem-Dry is a bit more expensive than other companies however they take the time to do the job right the first time around; example, previous companies took 30 minutes to clean my rugs and carpets where as Chem-Dry took over three and a half hours, that’s the difference. They are great, thank you very much Chem-Dry

Scott did a great job, my old carpet looks like new! Appreciate his hard work, especially in the high traffic areas. This process leaves the carpet very clean with a short dry time, highly recommend!

#1- very pricy. I thought , no problem, I had chem dry in another state and it was worth every penny. However, this cleaning process was different and these results were terrible!
#2- no less than 6 appointment reminders (both calls and texts) plus several review reminders. Remind me to review? Ok! Here you are!
#3- I was told to stay off the carpet for a minimum of 3 days! What??? This was supposed to be "dry" cleaning. Well it certainly looked and felt like typical steam cleaning. We followed the rules and stayed off of it for the 3 days. The carpet dried "crunchy"! It is awful!!!! My last experience with a chem dry process used rotating pads to clean and dry and then brushed the carpet afterwards. Ready for use in a few hours. I was very shocked that this was different. I thought chem dry was chem dry, apparently NOT!
And I saved the WORST for last!
#4- they used a black light to find "suspicious pet stains". (Very light carpet, no stains visible) then they soaked these with a chemical that completely ruined the carpet fibers and carpet color leaving a yellow bleached looking spot. (See image)
I only had 2 rooms cleaned and there are 17 bleached areas! ! There are yellow bleach spots all over!!
They kept talking about the soaking process to remove pet odor, but I never mentioned any concern about pet odors! There were none!
Of course they are "not responsible" for any damages when they do this. You sign their contract-
Bogus, bogus, bogus! Never again.
I'll be looking at carpet replacement soon.
At the very least, I hope the owner reads this and offers to give me my $550 back. Replacing these 2 rooms of carpeting will cost us in far excess of this!!!
