Started seeing Dana several years ago. I was having severe knee pain and old doctor could not help me. Switched to Dr Dana and she immediately had me see a knee specialist. They determined I needed new knee. Thank God for Dr Dana and she gave me medicine to help relieve pain till my knee surgery. Since I have been with her my blood pressure has dropped, I’m eating better and my blood sugar is good now. She is fun, listens to you and My wife also has switched over to Dr Dana and just loves her. My friend recommended Dr Dana Dawdy after my 1st baby was born and I have been going to her ever since. She sees our entire family. She takes the time with all of us. I recently had a medical issue that came up and she got me the referral I needed to have it promptly addressed. The new office is nice and the staff is very friendly.
I would usually give CPFM a five star. When I started going I had an amazing doctor and due to family issues he took a step back. Then was given to his colleagues. So I was ok with but found one I really enjoyed and now she has left. The new provider I was given today was my worst experience and I went home and cried angry tears at the service I received from the provider I saw and how I felt like a number not a person with her. I'm sad the quality of care has gone downhill. It's not all their fault it's insurance companies, coverage, pharmaceuticals etc. It makes it hard for the providers.
