I don't need a doctor very often but when I had a car accident and wanted to get a referral to a spine clinic, my dr, Dana Dowdy, refused to see me so now I am looking for a new dr in addition to dealing with my accident injury. I will never set foot in there again. I asked them to mail me my medical records and they don't even have a form to email me so I can get those. They told me I had to come in or just have my new dr call.

Have you noticed that there’s somebody new at the receptionist desk all the time? I hope management considers investing in basic courtesy training for the employees. Please don’t even consider coming here and switch offices.

Was given incorrect medical information from a care physician. I asked a manager to call me and never heard back. Have asked them to stop calling or emailing me about scheduling an appointment and they continue to do so.
In addition to all this I got charged 65 bucks for an appointment I cancelled weeks in advance. I understand now why this place has 3 stars and nothing better. I am beyond disgusted with this place
I know they review these messages. If I get one more call or email regarding scheduling an appointment or asking for payment when I have already paid I will begin reporting them to Colorado Board of Health

The turnover rate here should be your first red flag. When a dr leaves you receive exactly ZERO information until you show up for an appointment and they say sorry, your dr isn't here anymore and then they let you know that they dont give a crap about you. Guess I'll start looking for yet ANOTHERA dr but it WILL NOT be with this crappy place and their crappy office workers

This place is so unprofessional & have zero regard for their patients. This is now my 3rd change of doctor since I’ve been a patient here because 2 of my doctors left the clinic and I can see why. Both times my doctors left I wasn’t informed, I called to make an appointment and they tell me oh your doctor left here now you need to see a new doctor to try to get a medication refill. Changing primary doctor from this clinic for sure since Dr.Sandbach left save yourself the headache

Dr Philip is great. He’s super helpful and honest. If he is unsure about something he always will do research to give you the best care. The front desk is amazing as well.
