    I have been working with Ken Beach & The Cascade Investment Group for about 15+ years now. Ken works extremely hard and the level of activity and attention to detail are impressive. Ken value my input and uses it for some level of strategy. But the overall direction, volume of transactions and % of return to my portfolio has been AMAZING!
