After wasting much time at the two big box home improvement stores in Colorado Springs, I decided to check out Carpet Exchange at 410 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs. I was greeted positively by Steven Hicks who answered all my questions and had exactly the shade and density I was looking for within my budget. A week later Eloy Yonel and his crew performed a flawless install on 5 rooms and 2 hallways in just over 7 hours. The seams are not visible! My experience with Carpet Exhange was fantastic and $1500 less than the two other quotes I received. Do yourself a favor and go to Carpet exchange first!

I normally do not give reviews, but I had to in this situation . Carpet Exchange has been the absolute best company to work with . We had CoreTec Duxbury Oak placed throughout our house - all 2200 sq ft. Ginger was by far the best person to work with , extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. She allowed us to take samples home to see if they would be a good match in our home , and after we decided on the floors .. she came out and measured. The quote we received was spot on . Bob and his son came out and did the installation- they not only did an absolute perfect job , they were a day ahead of schedule . No corners were cut , our floors look absolutely stunning!... read full review

We had an amazing experience working with Carpet Exchange! Mark was super helpful throughout the process and checked on the progress of the job and made sure all was going smoothly! Floors By Steve did the installation! Steve and Axle were very hardworking and professional! Unbeknownst to me, my carpet was a little difficult to install but it turned out beautifully! They also installed wood floors in two rooms in my house amd we could not be happier! We have an older home so they did run in to some issues, but they always had a solution! The new floors have updated and tranformed our home! We have hired Floors by Steve to do some future work in our home! Nice to know... read full review
