My name is Manuel Portocarrero. Since year 2011 that I started doing business with Byrne Real Estate & Property Management they have done an outstanding job with all my properties I own. They take good care of who they bring to your property to make sure its kept in great shape and I never ever had a problem with the rentals coming in on time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BYRNE REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS (RENTALS /SELL/PURCHASE). **(My own personal, amazing experience with Byrne (as a renter) causes me to be very suspect of the reviews on here that are really bad.)We have owned homes in different states, but also rented off and on for over twenty years,and Byrne Property Management has been one of the best PM companies to deal with by far. Very quick response in dealing with issues, commitment to dealing with the issue correctly, and the humility and wisdom to take a second look at the issue if it doesn't seem like the first fix worked the best - all of this is extremely rare, in my experience, in dealing with PM companies. When I was looking for a house to rent I looked at alot of places with different companies. The other companies would text us a code to unlock the key or send out someone that didn't really know much about the houses. When we looked at a Byrne house it was completely different! The employees we talked to are all so nice and the one that met us at the property seemed like he knew everything about the house and he was so friendly and nice to talk to. He asked us what we like and didn't like about the house and I could tell he really cared!
