We had the misfortune to experience a water leak this Summer. The water mitigation company recommended By Design and we couldn't have been happier. Sean & his crew did a fantastic job with the flooring, and went above and beyond in matching a stain to a kitchen cabinet that needed replacing. I won't hesitate to use Sean's services again and commend him for his communication; efficiency; attention to detail; professionalism and over all disposition. Thank you so much! Ruth & Jack
We had never had a contractor before and to have our first home’s basement remodeled seemed like just dream after having just the bathroom we wanted quoted and got back a price we weren’t willing to pay; and then we were connected with By Design Home Services. Chad and his team helped us hone our desires every step of the way, caught our vision and gave us a space we only dreamed about and now it’s our reality. From everything being bare bones to a more than functioning and livable space, we are blown away with their work. We wanted a space that would function as extra living and work space and they delivered, fast and excellent work. Their understanding, patience,… read full review
Amazing communication and genuinely an absolute pleasure to work with. Accountable, professional, and dedicated people! I am so thankful for Chad and his team, and working with Mandy on designs left me feeling confident in every decision. I am in love with my basement and cannot wait to make it the main hangout during these hot summer months!
