Zack from Brick and Mortar just saved my family and I from a major mistake and lifetime of regret! The home inspection report was extremely thorough, consisting of about 60 or so pages long of warnings and recommendations, and that’s not even including the radon and sewer scope reports. All in all with the methodical and quick informed reports given back to us, we decided to terminate the contract to buy our home and we were so glad we did because that very same day we terminated our contract is the same day we found a better house which we are currently under contract for. Thank you so much Zack and Brick and Mortar. I will be using you guys again for sure!
