Glenn just left and he was amazing! Not only did he fix the washing machine we've had for three weeks and not been able to use, but he also found a shortcoming of the delivery team and set it up so they could come out and fix it. Then he gave me plenty of tips on how to keep both the washer and dryer running good. It's been a while since I've had someone really go above and beyond with their service.
