I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership again or recommend them. All employees had extremely poor communication during the process. The vehicle was 2,000 miles over due for an oil change. The dealership manager would not let me use a transportation company I had scheduled after they had my money. The manager had to use a company they used but the manager had to schedule it. He scheduled it a week after the vehicle was already paid for. This dealership took a fun experience and made it unpleasant. Customer service does not exist at this location.

My wife and I bought two brand new VWs two weeks apart. One from this dealership. The sales experience was mostly great, however they add on unwanted charges like ceramic coating and security etch. Both are wastes of money, especially because whoever ceramic coated the car missed one of the quarter panels, the roof and the wheels. We took it elsewhere to get done properly. I have more to say but the sales experience here isn't terrible. Service is the real issue at this dealership. 17 hours after purchasing my brand new VW, every light came on on the dash, the brake pedal started pulsing violently and my parking brake became stuck. The car was towed to the dealer where the next week a mechanic sent a video stating he pulled open a wiring harness to find damaged wires. The dealership claimed it was from a rodent. Last I checked rodents don't disassemble wiring shrouds, take a couple bites and tape them up neatly again. This dealership used this excuse to charge me out of pocket (instead of using the warranty) for the repairs on my car with just over 200 miles on it. Insult to injury. But then the mechanic didn't clip the wiring harness back into place so I found it hanging under my car the next day. (See the photo) my engine cover and center console piano black area were scratched to sh*t during these repairs, the car had handprints all over it, the seal between my hood and wiper cowl was half off when I checked under the hood and my dust caps from the underbody were filthy and left in the driver door cupholder when I picked up the car. I could go on and on, even things like the battery terminals were on all wonky and left pretty loose. This whole experience was very frustrating. In summary, I was charged for repairs 200 miles into ownership and the dealership further damaged my vehicle. I would avoid.

Steven at Volkswagen was a LIFE SAVER. We were 8 hours away from home (Oklahoma) and had 4 hours to our destination when our engine light came on and we couldn’t accelerate. We also had our dog and had no idea what to do. Friday morning we called and they were fully booked, we explained the situation and Steve said come on and we will see what we can do… we got there and EVERYONE was so kind and Steve took care of us, we needed a part that they didn’t have but they went next door to another dealership and got us out of there in 4 hours. He saved our entire trip. We had a great experience and they by no means had to help us with no appointment, but they did and we are so grateful! Thank you Steve!!!
