Maybe next time don't try to sell my parents a new unit when all that was needed is the correct filters and I glued the condensate drain connections properly that YOU installed without glue at any connections and the water pooling around it was the cause and not a cracked drain pan for the unit. Brandon was sure quick to insinuate that they may need a new ac unit and duct work for over 40k on a unit less than 6 years old stay away from these liars and thieves

Highly recommended! We were having issues with our geothermal system that had stumped a self-professed expert with another business. Brandon of BFHC came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the needed repairs at a fraction of the cost quoted to continue troubleshooting by the competition. Professional, polite, knowledgeable—we won’t go with anyone else going forward.

Brandon came out to look at our Boiler. I chose this company because it seemed like a good company. It was decided that the exhaust fan needed to be replaced. He would also do a tune up etc. It would cost approximately $2000 or more. He would order the part and email me an estimate within a few days, maybe the next day........and be able to do the work the following week. After seven days (figured he was busy), I texted him to see what was going on......NEVER texted me back, Never got an estimate. Very, Very strange. All that time wasted......Very disgusted.Service: Heating system maintenance

Let’s be honest in Colorado Springs it’s difficult to find a company that provides a quality service. Look no further for your AC needs! My experience with Black Forest was superb in every respect. The scheduling line was very polite, informative, and transparent.Brandon was my Tech, he was friendly and super knowledgeable about my system. He didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need and provided through explanations to all my questions.The only caveat is I did not shop around so as an honest reviewer I can’t tell you if they are the cheapest, but they seemed reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone.

Black Forest Heating and Cooling was thoroughly professional and courteous while providing us with solid information and unbiased guidance while researching the geothermal option for our application. They shoot straight and separate fact from opinion, and do not use high pressure tactics. They seem trustworthy.
